If you place your order on a weekend or bank holiday, rest assured that it will be processed on the next business day.
We use Royal Mail 24 Tracked for our standard, free delivery service, which typically takes 1 business day for arrival, subject to any delays by Royal Mail in your area. This option allows you to track your shipment from start to finish.
For those in need of a faster delivery option, we also offer Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery, available for orders placed before 2 PM. Please note that this option is limited to 2 items per order. If you wish to order more than 2 items with express delivery, please reach out to us for pricing information.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Personalised items can not be returned but saying that we will do our best to resolve any issues.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unless it's not our mistake buyer is responsible for the postage cost.
Personalised items are exempt from being returned.
