Given the personalised nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns unless there has been an error on our part or if the garments are faulty. Should you receive faulty items, kindly return them to us within 30 days of receipt for thorough investigation.

It's important to note that the Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not cover "personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification," in line with which our policy adheres.

Before finalising your order, we advise you to carefully review the product size information. As we source garments from various manufacturers, there isn't a universal sizing standard. For instance, a medium from Fruit of the Loom may differ from a medium by Gildan. To assist you in making informed decisions, we provide accurate sizing details for each product under the 'Sizing Information' tab, conveniently located next to the product description.

Once a garment has been personalised, returns based solely on sizing issues can only be accepted if the product does not align with the measurements stated in the size information. If you encounter discrepancies, please reach out to us, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Please note that all personalised items from Cool Fox Tees are made to order, including those purchased from our "pre-designed" section or affiliated merchandise stores.

If you wish to return blank products, you may do so within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item's cost. Simply contact us with your order number, and they will guide you through the return process.
